Chapter twenty-three of the laws of nineteen hundred nine, entitled 'An act in relation to executive officers, constituting chapter eighteen of the consolidated laws, ' and all acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, constituting the executive law as heretofore in effect, are hereby repealed.
