Miller Memorial Bike Trail'. All that portion of the Mohawk-Hudson Bike-Hike Trail in the village of Menands, commencing at the city of Watervliet border, continuing in a generally southerly direction and terminating at the city of Albany border, shall be designated and known as the 'Ronald H. Miller Memorial Bike Trail'.
