All that portion of the state highway system constituting state route seven from where it crosses Eighth Street in the city of Troy in Rensselaer county, and continuing easterly along state route seven to its intersection with Mount Pleasant Avenue in the city of Troy in Rensselaer county shall be designated and known as the 'Rensselaer County Korean War Veterans Memorial Highway'.
