All that portion of the state highway system beginning at the intersection of route nine-A (also known as Saw Mill River road) and route one hundred forty-one in the hamlet of Hawthorne in the town of Mount Pleasant, thence running generally northerly on route one hundred forty-one, and thence terminating at the intersection of Manville road, route one hundred seventeen and route one hundred forty-one in the village of Pleasantville shall be designated and known as the 'Mount Pleasant Veterans Memorial Highway'. * NB There are 11 §343-q's
