That portion of state highway route I-490, consisting of the westbound bridge spanning the Erie Canal that connects the city of Rochester and the town of Gates and that portion of state highway route I-490, consisting of the eastbound bridge spanning the Erie Canal that connects the town of Gates with the city of Rochester, shall be designated and known as the 'Supervisor Jack C.
