All that portion of the state highway system constituting New York state route twenty-three, in the town of Windham, county of Greene, from its northern intersection with Old road and continuing in a generally southwesterly direction to its intersection with county route sixty-five, known as Brooksburg road, shall be designated and known as the 'Honorable Donald Olson Memorial Highway'.
