All that portion of the state highway system commencing at the intersection of state route three hundred and state route fifty-two in the town of Newburgh, county of Orange, and continuing in a generally southerly direction on state route three hundred, and terminating at the intersection of state route three hundred and state route seventeen-K in the town of Newburgh, county of Orange, shall be designated and be known as the 'Gold Star Families Memorial Highway'. * NB There are 14 § 344-h's
