Penalties collected for violations of section three thousand two hundred sixteen, three thousand two hundred twenty-one and four thousand three hundred three of this chapter related to mental health and substance use disorder parity compliance shall be deposited in a fund established pursuant to section ninety-nine-hh of the state finance law.
