The justices of the supreme court elected in the seventh judicial district, or a majority of them, shall designate a daily paper published in the city of Rochester, in which shall be printed day calendars of the courts of record held in and for the county of Monroe and the city of Rochester as may be specified by the clerks of such courts respectively, under the orders of such courts.
