* § 31.33 Mental health special needs plans. The commissioner, jointly with the commissioner of health, shall be authorized to issue a certificate of authority to operate a mental health special needs plan, in accordance with the procedures of section forty-four hundred three-d of the public health law. * NB Repealed March 31, 2030
