1. The commissioner shall, by regulation, maintain a current listing and description of all state parks, parkways, recreation facilities and historic sites under the custody and control of the office, other state agency, authority or other instrumentality of the state, which are now in existence or hereafter shall be acquired. 2. As used in this article, 'state agency' shall mean the Palisades interstate park commission or the department of environmental conservation.
