There is hereby defined and established an area to be known as the 'Clifton Park water district' which shall embrace all the territory located within the town of Clifton Park, provided that the authority shall only be empowered to exercise its corporate powers under this article within the Rexford Water District No. 1 with respect to sewer districts located therein.
