The following terms, whenever used or referred to in this title, unless the context indicates otherwise, shall have the following meanings:\n1. 'Corporation.' The New York convention center operating corporation.\n2. 'Convention center.' The convention and exhibition center referred to in paragraph (l) of subdivision nine of section five hundred fifty-three of this chapter and any interest therein acquired by the corporation.\n3. 'State.' The state of New York.\n4. 'City.' The city of New York.
