The creation, establishment and organization of the Mount Kisco housing authority under chapter forty of the laws of nineteen hundred fifty-four and chapter nine hundred thirteen of the laws of nineteen hundred fifty-seven, together with all the proceedings, acts and things undertaken, performed or done with reference thereto, are hereby validated, ratified, confirmed, approved and declared legal in all respects, notwithstanding any want of statutory authority, expiration of corporate existence, or any defect or irregularity in such acts or proceedings.
