The communal area multi-purpose room of the New York state home for veterans in the city of New York, such room as referred to as area one hundred ninety-four in the architectural plans and drawings of such home for veterans, shall be designated and known as the 'New York State Women Veterans Memorial Community Room' in honor of all women veterans of this state.
