For the purposes of this article, only the provisions of sections twenty-eight hundred seventy, twenty-eight hundred seventy-one, twenty-eight hundred seventy-two, twenty-eight hundred seventy-three, twenty-eight hundred seventy-four, twenty-eight hundred seventy-five, twenty-eight hundred seventy-seven, subdivision one of section twenty-eight hundred seventy-eight, twenty-eight hundred eighty, twenty-eight hundred eighty-one and twenty-eight hundred eighty-two shall apply to loans made pursuant to this article after April first, nineteen hundred eighty-one.
