In addition to other remedies available by law, violations of the provisions of this article and any regulations promulgated thereunder shall be subject to penalties and fines pursuant to section twelve of this chapter; provided, however, that each violation committed by any health care personnel of a temporary health care services agency shall be considered a separate violation.
