Nothing contained in this article or any act amendatory thereof shall affect or impair the validity of any act done or right accruing, accrued or acquired or any order, judgment, or status established prior to the enactment of this article or prior to the amendment of any act amendatory thereof.\nMedical corporations organized pursuant to the provisions of former article forty-four of the public health law in effect prior to the effectiveness of the provisions of this article may continue to operate pursuant to the provisions of law in effect prior to the effectiveness hereof.\nHealth maintenance organizations that applied for a license under article forty-three of the insurance law and receive approval under article twenty-eight of the public health law may continue under the provisions of the laws in existence on the effective date of this article.
