When a corporation is convicted of an offense, the sentence of the court shall be as follows: (a) A fine authorized by section 80.10; or (b) Where authorized by section 65.05, a period of conditional discharge as provided in that section; or (c) Where authorized by section 65.20, unconditional discharge as provided in that section. In any case where a corporation has been sentenced to a period of conditional discharge and such sentence is revoked, the court shall sentence the corporation to pay a fine.
