1. The commissioner of health shall post on the department of health internet website in as timely a manner as practical the entirety of the state's plan for medical assistance as required by title XIX of the federal Social Security Act, or its successor, and every approved amendment and change to the plan. 2. The commissioner of health shall post on the department of health internet website in as timely a manner as practical: every application for a federal waiver and every proposed state plan amendment, relating to the state's plan for medical assistance, submitted to the federal department of health and human services, or any successor agency or part thereof.
