The New York works task force shall establish a code of conduct consistent with section seventy-four of the public officers law and which shall, among other things, address potential conflicts of interest and provide for periods of disqualification, consistent with those periods prescribed under section seventy-three of the public officers law, during which members of the New York works task force may not engage in certain activities related to matters before it.
