* § 97-ddd. Drinking water program management and administration fund. 1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be known as the 'drinking water program management and administration fund'. 2. The drinking water program management and administration fund may consist of (a) all moneys transferred to the state from the drinking water revolving fund pursuant to section twelve hundred eighty-five-m of the public authorities law, (b) all or a portion of moneys made available to New York state for purposes of administering and managing financial assistance provided to recipients from the drinking water revolving fund pursuant to the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act, and (c) all other moneys credited or transferred thereto from any other fund or source pursuant to law. 3. Moneys in the drinking water program management and administration fund shall be kept separately from and shall not be commingled with any other moneys in the custody of the state comptroller. 4.
