The secretary of state shall cause to be printed in the session laws of the year succeeding the filing in his office of said deed, a statement of the date of the filing of the survey and map of the lands, structures and waters so appropriated, and a copy of the deed or release of the lands, structures and waters so conveyed or ceded, together with the date of the recording of said deed or release in the office of the department of state.
