As used in this article, the following terms shall mean and include: 'United Nations.' The international organization of governments known as the United Nations established June twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred forty-five. 'Land.' The land itself above and under water, all buildings and other structures, substructures and superstructures, erected on or above, or affixed to the same; all wharves and piers; and all interests in land whether in fee or less than full title.
