All provisions of the preceding sections of this article which are inconsistent with the provisions of chapter seventy-six of the laws of eighteen hundred sixty-nine, as amended by chapter four hundred thirty-two of the laws of eighteen hundred ninety-nine, shall not apply to Greenfield cemetery in Hempstead, Nassau county, or to the trustees or management thereof.
