As used in this Article 11: (a) The term 'Original Article 9' means Article 9 of the uniform commercial code as enacted by chapter five hundred fifty-three of the laws of nineteen hundred sixty-two and as amended by chapter eight hundred ninety-nine of the laws of nineteen hundred seventy. (b) The term 'Revised Article 9' means Article 9 of the uniform commercial code as amended by the act enacting this Article.
