The following words and terms when used in this part 7 shall have the following meanings: 'Former Article 9.' The provisions of article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code of this state as in effect before the effective date of Revised Article 9. 'Revised Article 9.' The provisions of article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code of this state, as amended by the chapter of the laws of 2001 which added these words and as they may be further amended.
