1. The provisions of section twenty-six of the workers' compensation law, other than the portions relating to section fourteen-a, subdivision eight of section fifteen and section fifty of the workers' compensation law, shall be applicable as fully as if set forth in this chapter. 2. The provisions of section fifty-four-b of the workers' compensation law shall be applicable as fully as if set forth in this chapter.
