Article fourteen-a and sections two hundred and fifteen to two hundred and nineteen-g, both inclusive, of chapter thirty-six of the laws of nineteen hundred and nine, as added by chapter six hundred and seventy-four of the laws of nineteen hundred and ten, are hereby repealed.
