\n(a) Pursuant to Article III(a) of the compact, the Board shall submit its budgets of estimated expenditures to the Director of the Budget for presentation to the General Assembly.\n(b) Each fiscal year, the Office of State Budget and Management shall pay the amount necessary to cover the State's responsibility for the budgets of the Board as required by Article III(b) of the compact. The Office shall transfer funds from the agency that administratively houses the State Energy Office to meet the requirements prescribed under this section.
