\nUpon certification in accordance with G.S. 105-168.6, the Commissioner shall issue a license to the applicant to conduct rendering operations as specified in the application. A license shall be valid until revoked for cause as hereinafter provided. (1953, c. 732; 2016-113, s. 4(c).)
