\nIt shall be a violation of this Article for any person:\n(1) To distribute an unregistered soil additive;\n(2) To distribute an unlabeled soil additive;\n(3) To distribute a misbranded soil additive;\n(4) To distribute an 'adulterated' soil additive;\n(5) To fail to comply with a 'stop sale, use or removal' order; or\n(6) To fail to submit semiannual reports.
