\nAs used in this Article:\n(1) 'Association' means the North Carolina Strawberry Association, Inc.\n(2) 'Commercial production' means the production of strawberries for sale.\n(3) 'Department' means the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.\n(4) 'Strawberry plant seller' means a person who sells strawberry plants to growers for commercial production of strawberries.
