\nQualified disabled working individuals are eligible for the payment of the Medicare Part A premium. An individual is qualified for this payment:\n(1) If the Social Security Administration determines the individual to be a 'Disabled Working Individual';\n(2) If the individual's income is less than two hundred percent (200%) of the current federal poverty level, as revised annually; and\n(3) If the individual is less than 65 years of age.
