\nThe county department of social services shall render a decision on an individual's application for Medicaid within 45 calendar days from the date of application, except for applications in which a disability determination has already been made or is needed. For those applications, the county department of social services shall render a decision on an individual's eligibility within 90 calendar days from the date of application. (2016-94, s. 12H.17(b).)
