\nThe health advancement IGT actual receipts adjustment component is a positive or negative dollar amount equal to the health advancement presumptive IGT adjustment component calculated under G.S. 108A-147.9 for the previous quarter, plus the positive or negative IGT share of the reconciliation adjustment component calculated under G.S. 108A-147.11(b) for the previous quarter, and minus the amount of money received during the previous quarter by the Department through intergovernmental transfer and designated in the Department's accounting system as a receipt for health advancement.
