\nExcept as otherwise provided in G.S. 115C-302.1(b2), local boards of education shall provide career and technical education agriculture teacher personnel with adequate resources to provide a career and technical education agriculture education program for 12 calendar months, which includes work-based learning services and instructional and leadership development. A local board of education shall require that career and technical education agriculture teacher personnel who are employed for 12 calendar months, pursuant to G.S. 115C-302.1, are evaluated in the same manner as teachers evaluated in accordance with G.S. 115C-333 or G.S. 115C-333.1, as applicable.
