\nThe following definitions apply in this Article:\n(1) Alternative fuel. – Defined in G.S. 105-449.130.\n(2) Aviation gasoline. – Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(3) Dyed diesel fuel. – Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(4) Dyed diesel fuel distributor. – A person who acquires dyed diesel fuel from either of the following:\na. Another dyed diesel fuel distributor.\n(5) Gasoline. – Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(6) Jet fuel. – Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(7) Kerosene. – Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(8) Kerosene distributor. – A person who acquires kerosene from any of the following for subsequent sale:\na. A supplier licensed under Part 2 of Article 36C of Chapter 105 of the General Statutes.\nb. A kerosene supplier.\nc. Another kerosene distributor.\n(9) Kerosene supplier. – Either of the following:\na. A person who supplies both kerosene and motor fuel and, consequently, is required to be licensed under Part 2 of Article 36C of Chapter
