\n(a) Each lobbyist shall file quarterly reports under oath with the Secretary of State with respect to each lobbyist principal.\n(b) The report shall include all of the following for the reporting period:\n(1) All reportable expenditures made for lobbying.\n(2) Repealed by Session Laws 2018-146, s. 4.1(d), effective December 27, 2018.\n(3) Reportable expenditures reimbursed by the lobbyist principal, or another person or governmental unit on the lobbyist principal's behalf.\n(4) All reportable expenditures for gifts given under G.S. 138A-32(f)(1)-(9), 138A-32(f)(11), 138A-32(f)(12), and all gifts given under G.S. 138A-32(f)(10) with a value of more than ten dollars ($10.00).\n(c) In addition to the reports required by this section, each lobbyist incurring reportable expenditures in any month while the General Assembly is in session with respect to lobbying legislators and legislative employees shall file a monthly reportable expenditure report.
