\nIn the North Carolina National Guard, not in the service of the United States, forms for courts-martial procedure shall be substantially as those set forth in the Appendices, Manual for Courts-Martial, United States, as shall be currently in use by the Armed Forces of the United States, with any modifications required by this Chapter.
