\n(a) Civil Action. – The Attorney General may commence a civil action against any person that violates any provision of this Article.\n(b) Remedies. – The court may order any of the following remedies:\n(1) Injunction.\n(2) Payment of restitution to a servicemember in the amount of money unlawfully received from, or required to be refunded to, the servicemember.\n(3) Any other remedy provided under Chapter 75 of the General Statutes.\n(c) Civil Penalty. – The court may assess a civil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) per violation. The clear proceeds of civil penalties imposed pursuant to this section shall be remitted to the Civil Penalty and Forfeiture Fund in accordance with G.S. 115C-457.2. (2019-161, s. 1(a).)
