\nAs used in this Part, unless otherwise specified:\n(1) 'Administrator' means an administrator of a facility.\n(1a) 'Commission' means the North Carolina Medical Care Commission.\n(2) 'Facility' means a nursing home and a home for the aged or disabled licensed pursuant to G.S. 131E-102, and also means a nursing home operated by a hospital which is licensed under Article 5 of G.S. Chapter 131E.\n(3) 'Patient' means a person who has been admitted to a facility.\n(4) 'Representative payee' means a person certified by the federal government to receive and disburse benefits for a recipient of governmental assistance.
