\n(a) This Article shall be known as the 'Cardiac Rehabilitation Certification Program.'\n(b) The purpose of this Article is to provide for the development, establishment, and enforcement of rules and certification:\n(1) For the care and treatment of individuals in outpatient cardiac rehabilitation programs; and\n(2) For the maintenance and operation of cardiac rehabilitation programs to ensure safe and adequate treatment of individuals in cardiac rehabilitation programs.
