\nThe Department shall update its Subdivision Roads Minimum Construction Standards Manual and any related pavement or other policies by July 1, 2020, and regularly thereafter, to accurately reflect current federal and State law and applicable judicial decisions. The Department shall report all updates to the Manual to the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee. (2019-156, s. 2.)
