, or injurious obstructions in road.\n(a) No person shall throw, place, or deposit any glass or other sharp or cutting substance or any injurious obstruction in or upon any highway or public vehicular area.\n(b) As used in this section:\n(1) 'Highway' shall be defined as it is in G.S. 20-4.01; and\n(2) 'Public vehicular area' shall be defined as it is in G.S. 20-4.01.\n(c) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
