\nAs used in this Article unless the context clearly requires otherwise:\n(1) The word 'Commission' shall mean the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission.\n(2) The word 'Director' shall mean the Executive Director of the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission.\n(3) The terms 'wildlife resources' and 'wildlife' shall be defined in accordance with the definitions in G.S. 113-129.
