\nThe Wildlife Resources Commission is hereby authorized and empowered to accept gifts, donations or contributions from any source, which funds shall be held in a separate account and used solely for the purposes of wildlife conservation and management. Such funds shall be administered by the Wildlife Resources Commission and shall be used for wildlife conservation and management in a manner consistent with wildlife conservation management principles.
