§ 143.320

\nAs used in this Article, unless the context otherwise requires:\n(1) 'Department' means the Department of Environmental Quality.\n(2) 'Secretary' means the Secretary of Environmental Quality.\n(3) Repealed by Session Laws 2019-20, s. 4(b), effective June 3, 2019.
