\n(a) Repealed by Session Laws 1979, 2nd Session, c. 1137, s. 39.\n(b) All of the powers, duties, functions, records, property, supplies, equipment, personnel, funds, credits, appropriations, quarterly allotments, and executory contracts of the Division of Purchase and Contract are hereby transferred to the Department of Administration, effective July 1, 1957. All statutory references to the 'Division of Purchase and Contract' or the 'Purchase and Contract Division' shall be deemed to refer to the Department of Administration.\n(c) The transfers directed by subsections (a) and (b) above, shall be made under the supervision of the Governor, and he shall be the final arbiter of all differences or disputes arising incident to such transfers.\n(d) Repealed by Session Laws 2006-203, s. 98, effective July 1, 2007, and applicable to the budget for the 2007-2009 biennium and each subsequent biennium thereafter.
