§ 143-131-1

\n(a) A county sheriff's office may contract for the purchase of food and food services supplies for that county's detention facility without being subject to the requirements of G.S. 143-129 and G.S. 143-131(a).\n(b) Repealed by Session Laws 2023-45, s. 3, effective June 16, 2023.
